It shouldn’t be too hard to match the lighting in the scene and add a bit of shadowing. The underside of her legs shows how dark a surface that is facing downwards should be (i.e. the darkest point on the CGI). And if you don’t know what kind of shadow it should cast, next time you are shooting, try putting a strap-on or something in that position and take a picture for reference. Something that isn’t blocking any light won’t look like it is really there in the scene. Just my thoughts. I’m not a special effects expert.
